Say hello to Archie! He is a 20 month old, 65 lb., bundle of puppy energy. He still jumps, then calms down, and is ready to go again. He was surrendered to Rescue because of allergies in his family. His family stated that he will scratch at the door to be let out, so no accidents were reported. He lived in a townhouse, so is comfortable with stairs. He may chew fuzzy slippers that look like toys, but not your shoes or sneakers. He will briefly bark at trash trucks, but not passing people or dogs. He will sleep in a crate if that is your preference, or give him the run of the house. He may be fussy with his food and treats, so plan to experiment a little, or continue his identified favorites.

We can’t tell from his brief stay in rescue, but he apparently loves people, and seems interested and friendly towards dogs. He will catch a ball, but drops it immediately, so he can survey his surroundings.

As soon as he is neutered, he will be ready to go to a home. Are you looking for a puppy whirlwind?
