Hi! My name is Aya Papaya, and yes—I know what you’re thinking… I’m not a Golden Retriever! So how did I end up with a Golden Retriever Rescue? Easy—I came in with my best buddy, Max, when our family could no longer keep us. The wonderful people at the rescue wanted to keep us together, so they opened their hearts to both of us. 

I’ve been very well cared for and am already spayed and vaccinated. I absolutely love snuggles and being held, and despite what some people might think about dogs like me, I’m incredibly friendly and generous with kisses. I’m a happy little lovebug who just wants to be close to my people.
