Hi there, I’m Benji — a 4-month-old bundle of love weighing just 14 pounds and cute as a button! Life didn’t start out easy for me. I came into the shelter with a pretty bad owie on my head. Thankfully, the kind folks at the shelter jumped into action to help me heal, and then the amazing team at GRCGLA Rescue stepped in to give me the extra TLC I needed.

They took me to a wonderful vet who made sure I got the best care. First things first — she got rid of all the fleas and ticks. Then she helped treat my head injury. The great news? I’ve healed up beautifully! I do have a few quirks that make me extra special. When I get really excited, I tend to circle to the right — it’s actually pretty adorable. My vision isn’t perfect either, but I get around just fine and you might not even notice unless you’re really paying attention.

I’m improving every day, and while I may always have a few little differences, I don’t need any special medication or care going forward. All I need now is a loving forever home!

I’m super sweet, friendly with people and other dogs, and just can’t wait to be part of a family. I may not be “perfect” — but I promise, I’m perfectly lovable. 💛
