MEET BLACK BEAUTY!

This gorgeous 4-year-old girl is every bit as resilient, regal, and loving as her namesake.

Black Beauty was surrendered to a shelter by a family who could no longer care for her. She arrived emaciated, and the shelter immediately began giving her the food and medical care she desperately needed. But she wasn't thriving in the shelter, so they asked us to continue her journey—and of course, we said YES!

Her transformation has been spectacular! Her beautiful coat is growing back, she's filling out beautifully, her spirits are brighter, and we're seeing more and more of her joyful personality every day. Black Beauty currently weighs just under 70 pounds but needs to gain about 10-15 pounds.

And this girl LOVES other dogs! Every dog she meets is a potential new playmate. She loves walks, greets everyone with a big smile, and she's showing her foster family that she has excellent house manners.

Honestly, there is nothing not to love about Black Beauty.

She has been through enough, and now it's time for her to have the amazing forever home she deserves.

Black Beauty is ready for her happily ever after!
