Another wonderful pup just joined us in Rescue!  This is Elias.  He is 2 years old and weighs 65 pounds.  He is a gorgeous red boy and we are really enjoying getting to know him.  He was not happy at the shelter and quite nervous understandably.  He is now at a wonderful vet’s office and enjoying getting lots of attention and time in the play yard.  He does have a condition called entropion in his right eye.  His eyelashes grow inward instead of out and they scratch his eye every time he blinks.  He will be getting surgery to correct it and then will be ready to go to his forever home as he is already neutered and current on all of his vaccinations and microchipped.  We will update his profile with more pictures and updates as we get to know this sweet boy.

Update!  Elias had his entropion surgery on his right eye and it went beautifully!  He is now in the best of foster homes and doing well and we love the pictures of him with a flower petal on his nose. He is a wonderful boy!
