Meet Ember, our lovable golden girl!
Ember is about 4 years old and weighs 69 pounds. She came to us from a shelter after being picked up as a stray. When she arrived, this sweet girl was covered in fleas and had lost some fur as a result. Thankfully, the shelter treated her right away, and her beautiful coat is already growing back in nicely. Aside from her coat not being perfect just yet, Ember is very healthy.

We’re still getting to know her, but here’s what we can tell you so far: Ember gives the best hugs and kisses. She was a little unsure when she first arrived, but her nervousness is melting away. With each passing day, her tail wags a little more as she learns she is safe and loved.

Ember still needs to be spayed, and then she’ll be ready for a forever home—one that will reassure her every day that she never has to worry again. She is a gentle, affectionate girl who will thrive with a family ready to shower her with love and kindness.
