We have a very special 12-year-old boy who just came into rescue—meet Kershaw (Dodgers fans rejoice!).

Kershaw currently weighs 46 pounds and could use just a few more to fill out, but what he already has in abundance is heart. His life hasn’t been easy, yet you would never know it from his sweet disposition, wagging tail, and gentle spirit.

This lovely senior still has a pep in his step and a smile on his face. All he wants is a soft, cozy bed, some leisurely walks, plenty of belly rubs, and—most of all—a person to love him for the rest of his days.

He more than deserves it, and we are so grateful that his days of hardship are behind him. Kershaw will never be sad or suffer again—only cherished.
