Meet our lovely Lisa Marie!  This beautiful 2-year-old girl weighs 65 pounds and is one sweet pup!

Lisa Marie found herself at a local shelter where she unfortunately came down with kennel cough. The shelter reached out to us to see if we could help, and of course, we said YES! Lisa Marie rode beautifully in the car to the vet hospital, where she spent a week getting healthy and overcoming her cough. She is now feeling great and will be spayed soon.

And what have we discovered about this wonderful girl? Lisa Marie is a LOVE! 

She enjoys going for walks and then settling down on the grass with you, where she can be quite persistent about requesting belly rubs and head scratches. She also loves sneaking in a few kisses!

One of her favorite things to do is sit on a bench with you and simply watch the world go by. She has also met another dog at the shelter and was very well behaved with her canine friend.

We are absolutely loving having Lisa Marie in rescue, but we'll be even happier when this sweet girl is in the loving forever home she deserves.
