Meet Sal, aka, Happy!

He earned his name because this boy is always happy! Happy is 4 years old and weighs about 57 pounds—though he could stand to gain a few.

This sweetheart has been an absolute joy to everyone he meets. He’s spent lots of time with our volunteers, and the only thing he loves more than playing with balls is snuggling up with people. If you’re having a rough day, Happy will instantly brighten it!

Happy would thrive in an active home that enjoys walks (another favorite of his!) and fun adventures. He’d also love to attend a group training class to bond with his new family. He’s a quick learner and very treat-motivated, which makes training easy and fun.

We have an exciting update on Sal!  He has been doing so well with us in rescue that he is now staying at Doggie Disneyland.  He gets to spend his days in group play with lots of other big dogs.  He is having a blast and it is exciting to see him running around and playing with the other dogs.
