Meet Harley, a 7 year-old who lived all 7 years of his life outside, 24/7. Food and water were provided haphazardly. The environment probably contributed to his history of ear infections and skin lesions/infections, which were never properly treated.
He is now in Rescue and we expect to see skin improvement on an ongoing basis. He is getting regular visits with volunteers and will not be neglected again.
The Shamrock Circle Fund was established in 2003 by a gracious adopter to fund extraordinary medical and emergency expenses for purebred Golden Retrievers.
Through this fund, we are able to help the neediest Goldens: the sick, the injured, the severely abused and the elderly.
