WAYS TO HELP
Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue is an all-volunteer, Federal 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
All monies go directly toward the care and placement of our rescue dogs. Our expenses continue to increase, so we have set up fundraising opportunities in order to continue the work that we do. Your support through tax-deductible donations and
participation in the programs below is greatly appreciated.

Foster a homeless Golden
Gift Cards / Memorial Donations
The process of becoming a GRCGLA Rescue foster family is almost the same as that of an adopter. If you've already submitted your application and had your home visit, you're almost there! Let us know what kind of dog you can foster and how long and we'll do our best to accomodate your needs. If you'd like to give fostering a try, please contact us!

Don't know what to get for a gift? Give a donation to GRCGLA Rescue. When you send us your donation, request that we acknowledge your gift in honor (or in memory) of that special friend or companion, and we will send a lovely color card to the gift recipient. Is your birthday coming up? Suggest that your family and friends give a gift to us instead. We will send you a card with the name of the person who donated.
Cell/Smart Phone, iPad and iPod Recycling
All phones, iPads and iPods can be donated to GRCGLAR and turned into ca$h. We will get $ 0.50 - $ 300 for each item depending on the year and model. Bring your used items to any GRCGLAR event and hand them to a volunteer. If you collect 10 or more units then they can be mailed for free directly to the Recycler. A drop off site in Culver City is also available. Please contact Colleen at  CPMax82@Yahoo.com  for shipping labels or other information.
Charitable Giving with Matching Fund
Ask your employer about any contributions it may make to match your charitable contributions to GRCGLA Rescue. Employee matching gifts often are dollar-for-dollar, but some companies will give double the original donation. Other companies may also give grants for employees’ volunteer efforts. These grants can be in the range of hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on the number of volunteer hours a year.

Talk to your Human Resources Officer where you work to find out if there is a charitable Matching Gift program. If the answer is "Yes", ask for a Matching Gift Form and complete your portion. Send the form to  info@grcglarescue.org  when you next give your charitable gift. That's all it takes to add to the good you do!
