This is our gentle pup Dove!  She is about 9 months old and is a pocket sized golden who weighs 30 pounds.  This poor pup found herself in a shelter where she was very sick and had several foxtails embedded in her.  Her time was running out but we saved her!  We rushed her to our vet’s office where she started treatment right away for 2 nasty respiratory infections and had the foxtails removed.  She is looking and feeling SO much better!!  Volunteers have started spending time with her and letting her know that she is now safe.  Dove is a bit timid but we are seeing her learn to trust and she is starting to wag her tail and give quick kisses.  She will need a home that will continue to help her build her confidence and trust and make sure she knows that she will never have to suffer again!
