Here is our big boy Hawkeye!  We are just in love with this darling boy.  He is 9 years old and weighs 118 pounds.  Yes - you read that correctly, 118 pounds.  He won’t weigh that much for long as we have discovered he has hypothyroidism and we have started him on medication for that which will help tremendously!  A thyroid pill is an easy and inexpensive medication but Hawkeye will need it for the remainder of his life to help him maintain an ideal weight and have lots of energy.  We are very excited to see his transformation.  Hawkeye is a very sweet and easy going guy and just wants a nice home to hang around in and have someone pat him on the head and give him lots of love.
