Meet Scout!  Scout is a one year old Golden mix who weighs 67 pounds.  We think most of his weight is from sugar because he is so sweet.  He just joined rescue from a local shelter where he exhibited very friendly behavior and was kenneled with other dogs with no issues.  He is now at one of our loving vet offices where he will get a much needed bath and neutered.  We think he will be ready for adoption right after the neuter.  Our volunteer walkers have already started spending time with him and taking him out on walks.  What he loves most is hanging out with the walkers and getting belly rubs.  He has seen lots of other dogs and seems to want to go meet them and play with them.  We will dog test him more thoroughly but don’t anticipate any problems. We are very happy to have rescued such a great dog!

Our darling boy is doing great with us here in Rescue!  He loves to go for walks with all of the volunteers and he LOVED meeting another dog!  He was very friendly and happy to meet him.  We think he would love to have a buddy in his home and also go to doggie social places. He is just an all around great pooch!
